I help teams figure out the shape of what they’re building: system design, infrastructure choices, and the boring decisions that quietly decide whether a product scales or stalls. I’m not the person you hire to crank out tickets; I’m the one who makes sure the right ones get written.

I come in, listen, sketch, and leave you with a clear picture of the system you should be building: services, data, infra, integrations, deployment. Diagrams you can hand to engineers and decisions you can defend in a board meeting.
Tech & infrastructure review.
For teams that already shipped: a structured look at what you have. Where the risk lives, what’s costing you, what you can ignore, and what to fix first. Delivered as a written report and a working session with your team.
Standing technical advisor.
A weekly call plus async access. Useful for founders without a CTO yet, or product leads who want a trustworthy second brain to bounce technical and infrastructure decisions off. I’ll also help you hire the people who will actually build it.
